If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no stress, no hassle, just peace of mind.

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@curlygorgeous.com with your order number.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


Conditions for Returns

To make returns fair and simple:

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Light use is perfectly okay — we understand you may have tested the pillowcase.

  • The item must be free from heavy stains, tears, excessive wear, or damage.

  • Items showing significant signs of misuse may qualify for a partial refund instead of a full refund.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@curlygorgeous.com with a photo and your order details.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — completely free.


Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different color or item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
